I want you to be completely happy with your purchase from aneta kocia ceramic studio.
Each piece I create is handmade with great care and attention to detail.
However, I understand that sometimes things may change β thatβs why I allow returns of purchased items under certain conditions.
π You have 14 days to decide
If you are purchasing as a consumer or as a privileged entrepreneur (a person running a business but purchasing outside the scope of their professional activity), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
Simply inform me of your decision β for example, by e-mail.
After notifying me, you have another 14 days to return the product.
π If you are buying as a business (B2B) within the scope of your professional activity, the right to withdraw from the contract does not apply.
π¦ How to prepare a return
Returned items must be undamaged, complete, and properly secured for transport.
Itβs best to use the original packaging or one of similar strength and durability.
The cost of returning the product is covered by the Customer.

π§Ύ When the refund will be issued
Refunds are processed after the returned item has been physically received and its condition has been assessed.
As the seller, I reserve the right to withhold the refund until the item is received or until you provide proof of shipment β whichever occurs first.
If the product arrives in unchanged condition, the refund will be made promptly, no later than 14 days from the date of receiving the return.
𫧠What if the product is damaged?
Artistic ceramics are unique and extremely delicate.
Even the smallest damage β a chip, crack, or scratch β causes a complete loss of commercial value.
For this reason:

if the returned product is damaged, a refund cannot be issued,

if the product was improperly packaged and became damaged during return shipping, the Customer bears responsibility,
-
the final decision on whether the product is suitable for resale rests with the Seller.
π Products that cannot be returned
Products made to order or personalized (for example, ceramics with custom text, color, or size) cannot be returned.
