All products at aneta kocia ceramic studio are made and packaged with great care to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

πŸ•’ Order processing time

  • For online payments (card, BLIK, electronic transfer), order processing starts after the payment has been received.

  • For traditional bank transfers, processing starts once the funds have reached my account (the processing time depends on the speed of the bank transfer).

  • If the product is in stock, orders are usually processed within 5–7 business days.

  • For made-to-order or personalized items, the processing time may be longer β€” in that case, I’ll contact you by email.

🚚 Shipping methods

I ship orders via InPost (parcel lockers and courier). If necessary, I may use another carrier offering comparable delivery standards and time.

Once your package has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number.
The delivery time depends on the carrier and destination, but usually takes up to 5 business days within Poland.

Ceramic pieces are carefully packed using sturdy boxes and protective fillings.
I recommend checking the condition of the package when receiving it from the courier or immediately after collecting it from the parcel locker.
If there are visible damages, it’s best to file a damage report with the courier or contact the carrier as soon as possible.

πŸ•“ Uncollected and unpaid orders

  • Failure to collect a parcel does not constitute withdrawal from the contract.

  • If an order is not paid for within 3 business days of placement, it may be canceled. After this time, I no longer reserve the item.

  • If a prepaid parcel is returned to me because it was not collected, I reserve the right to deduct the actual shipping and return costs.

  • If you’d like the order to be shipped again, it will require a new shipping payment.

  • If I don’t hear from you within 7 business days of the parcel being returned, the order will be considered abandoned and I will not be obliged to resend it.

🏑 Personal pickup

You can pick up your order in person at my studio in GdaΕ„sk β€” by appointment.
Once I inform you that your order is ready for pickup, you have 7 business days to collect it.
After this time, the order may be canceled. For prepaid orders, I may deduct actual preparation costs.

🌍 International shipping

Currently, I only ship within Poland.
International shipping will be available in the future β€” details will be announced on the website and at checkout.
